Halloween Crisp Candy Corn Treats
Ingredients:
1/2 C Butter
10 C Crispy rice cereal
9 C Miniature marshmallows
2 C Mixture of candy corn and Indian candy corn
3/4 C Miniature chocolate chips
Candy pumpkins
Orange food coloring
nstructions:
1. Melt butter and marshmallows; stir until smooth.
2. In a large bowl, mix rice cereal, candy corn and miniature chips together.
3. Add orange food coloring to marshmallow mixture, or squirt over cereal
in bowl.
4. Add marshmallow mixture to cereal mixture; stir quickly to combine.
5. Spread on a large buttered jelly roll pan; press with buttered hands.
6. While warm, press on candy pumpkins spaced 1 to 1/2-2 inches apart.
7. Refrigerate and cut into squares.

Boogers on a Stick
Take an 8 oz. jar of Cheese Whiz and melt in the microwave according
to jar directions allow cheese to cool slightly. Carefully stir in 3 or
4 drops green food coloring, using just enough to turn the cheese a pale
snot green. To form boogers, dip and twist the tips pretzel sticks into
the cheese, lift out, wait twenty seconds, then dip again. When cheese

Dishwater Halloween Punch (alcohol-free)
1 pk Grape Koolaid*
2 pk TuttiFruiti Koolaid*
1 pk Tropical Punch Koolaid*
1 1/2 pk Strawberry Koolaid*
11 qt Water
1 can Pineapple juice
1/2 quart Apple juice
* Make sure koolaids are pre-sweetened. Mix all the different koolaids
together. Add the water and juices; stir well.
Candied Apples
Serving Size: 6
2 C granulated sugar
2 C corn syrup
1/3 C cinnamon candy
1 C water
3/4 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp vanilla
1/4 Tsp cloves
3/4 Tsp red food coloring
6 Med apples
Remove stems from apples, wash, and pat dry. Insert a wooden skewer in
each apple, running through the apple from stem end to base without protruding
all the way through the bottom end. Combine sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon
candies, and water in medium-sized saucepan. Cook until candies dissolve,
stirring constantly. Be careful not to boil. Add cinnamon, vanilla, cloves,
and food coloring. Mix thoroughly. Boil mixture to 300 degrees using a
candy thermometer without stirring. While mixture is boiling, generously
prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray so it's ready ahead of time.
As soon as mixture reaches 300 degrees, remove it from heat and quickly
dip each apple-one by one-into the mixture until it is thoroughly coated.
Set coated apples, standing on their bottoms with skewer pointing up,
on baking sheet until mixture hardens. Let apples reach room temperature
before eating.
Halloween Recipes - Pumpkin Cake Recipe
2 packages Bundt cake mix, vanilla or lemon flavor
4 tubs prepared vanilla frosting
1 package red food coloring
1 package yellow food coloring
Several packages gum drops, M&Ms, assorted candies
Flowers and more Halloween candies for decoration
Prepare both cake mixes, according to directions on box. Pour batter
into two standard-sized Bundt cake pans and bake according to package
directions. Let cool completely. Set aside.In a large bowl, whip frosting
until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer. Use the two food colorings
to dye frosting deep orange color.
Assembly: Place one Bundt cake, round part down, on a serving platter.
Place the second Bundt cake, flat side down, on top of the first cake
to resemble a pumpkin shape. Using a cake spatula, spread the orange frosting
over the top and sides of the cake.
Then, using your favorite candies, design the eyes, nose and mouth of
the pumpkin. Garnish with flowers and candies.
