Banana Bread Recepies

Hawaiian Banana Bread

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 & 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4 large)
1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 teaspoons vanilla

Combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts.
Combine remaining ingredients: add to dry mixture, stirring just until batter is moistened. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9X5X3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
